Standard Life wins “Best Start Up Process Improvement Programme” award at IQPC

Standard Life won the ‘Best Start Up Process Improvement Programme’ award at the International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC) 2010 European Awards on 27th April.

Competing against an unprecedented number of entries, the Business Process Management Team triumphed over the likes of BAA, Bosch and Shell, winning the award in recognition of the work carried out in developing our process management programme.

Bruce Reekie, Head of Process Management said: “The IQPC judging panel undertook a rigorous examination of our programme; they were particularly impressed by the development of the process architecture, the scale of our deployment and the results delivered across the business during the year.

“This is a great result for everyone who has contributed to driving forward process ownership and embedding process management across Standard Life.”
