Logica to Leverage Metastorm’s Business Process Management Suite to Enhance Client Participation and Visibility

Metastorm today announced Logica has selected the Metastorm Business Process Management suite. The product suite will be used in Logica’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business across the globe. The product’s functionality allows for enhanced client participation and service visibility enabling Logica to further build on its client intimacy strategy.

Logica selected Metastorm for its strength in both the Business Process Analysis and Execution areas, which is reflected in Metastorm’s leadership position in the Gartner Magic Quadrants for BPA, BPMS and Enterprise Architecture (EA).

Logica has always enjoyed a strong reputation for the successful and global robust delivery of its BPO services. The adoption of the Metastorm BPM® suite will enhance and underpin Logica’s ability to deliver process excellence to clients. The strong end-to-end process management and application interface abilities of Metastorm BPM will allow for an increase in the amount of straight through processing in line with Logica’s service automation and industrialization strategies.
Metastorm’s product suite will also provide greater support in the service management and governance areas. The provision of up-to-date information on processes and sophisticated dashboarding will provide both operations managers and clients with the information they need on the services provided. In addition, the Metastorm software will provide full audit trails and information to Logica’s service teams enabling them to continuously improve the services provided.

As part of the partnership, Logica will develop a Metastorm Competence Centre to support and continuously improve processes through the Metastorm BPM suite and to add new services that meet future demands of clients.
