Portrait Software positions as Niche player in Gartner’s Multi-channel CRM Magic Quadrant

Portrait Software, a leading provider of customer interaction optimization software, today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Niche quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management, published by Adam Sarner on May 13, 2010.

This news comes on the heels of Portrait’s recognition in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Service Contact Centers (Michael Maoz, April 2, 2010). “We believe our inclusion in Gartner’s two Magic Quadrants speaks to Portrait’s success in driving analytically based inbound and outbound customer interactions across all channels through its advanced Customer Interaction Suite,” stated Luke McKeever, CEO, Portrait.

Companies recognized in the Magic Quadrant for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management were evaluated on the completeness of their vision and ability to execute.
